Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of gavelomix.pro and its publicly available Software Foundry material. By browsing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with another person’s ability to access it. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.
The site describes an educational concept. It does not itself create an enrolment contract, a service engagement, a job placement arrangement, a certification, or a promise that a particular course will be available. Any future paid offering, if introduced, would be presented with its own clear transaction terms before a purchase is requested.
Permitted use
You may read, navigate, and share links to the public pages for personal, educational, or internal evaluation purposes. You may quote limited portions with appropriate attribution and a link back to the relevant page when the use is fair and lawful. You may use the interactive controls for their intended educational demonstration purpose.

The Gavelomix name, Software Foundry presentation, website copy, page design, local mark, and original interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, fonts, libraries, icons, and other assets remain subject to their respective owners’ licenses and terms.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the site at any time, including the work-order descriptions and interaction design.
