Gavelomix is a static informational website for Software Foundry course concepts. It is designed to work without an account, payment checkout, member area, or server-side contact system. The job-card form on the homepage is a browser-only demonstration: when submitted, it shows a local success message and does not send the form contents to Gavelomix or save them to this website.
This notice explains what may be processed when you browse the site, why those limited processing activities occur, and the practical choices available to you. We use the word “we” to mean the operator of gavelomix.pro.
Information handled by this site
Information you type into the demonstration form
The page allows you to enter a name, email address, work-order choice, and message. The form uses browser validation and a local script only. It does not send a request to a Gavelomix endpoint, place the contents in a database, or create a message for our team. The information remains in your browser until you clear it, navigate away, reload, or submit the form, at which point the fields are reset.
Technical request information
As with most websites, the company that delivers the website files may process technical information necessary to respond to a request, such as an IP address, requested page, browser type, approximate time, and diagnostic details. This information is generally used for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Gavelomix does not add its own analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or audience-retargeting scripts to this static site.
Third-party resource requests
The site requests Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, jQuery, and Google Fonts from their respective content delivery services. When your browser makes those requests, those providers may receive technical request information directly from your browser under their own privacy practices. You can limit such requests using browser privacy controls, content blockers, or a network policy that restricts third-party resources. Core page text remains available even if a styling resource is unavailable.
Why processing may occur
Where technical information is processed, it is used to deliver a requested page, maintain the security and operational integrity of the delivery service, and understand technical failures. We do not use the job-card demonstration to make automated decisions about you. We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or use information typed into that form for marketing because the website does not receive it.

Because the current job card is not transmitted, Gavelomix does not retain submitted form content. Delivery providers may keep limited server logs for a period determined by their own operational and legal requirements. We would share information only where it is necessary to provide the website through a service provider, protect systems or people, comply with a legal obligation, or address a valid legal request. We do not share browsing data for targeted advertising.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing the form, use a browser configuration that blocks third-party resources, and clear browser data through your device settings. If you believe personal information about you has reached Gavelomix through a channel outside this demonstration site, use the Contact link on the homepage to describe the request and the relevant context. We may need enough information to verify the request before responding. Rights and available remedies can vary with your location.
Children and changes
This site is not designed for children to provide personal information. If a child has submitted information through another direct communication channel, a parent or guardian may contact us through the homepage Contact link with sufficient detail to help locate the communication.
